We don’t offer returns or refunds — but we’ll exchange a piece for a different size.
Size exchange
If your piece doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it for another size of the same item, subject to availability. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its tags and original packaging.
To arrange an exchange, email divenco.brand@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send the details and the address.
No returns or refunds
We don’t accept returns for a refund. Each piece is cut in small runs in our Kyiv atelier — the only change we make after purchase is a size exchange on the same item.
Made-to-measure
Made-to-measure and altered pieces are cut individually and can’t be exchanged.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty or not as described, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
