What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, contact details, delivery address (or Nova Poshta branch), and order information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, respond to your enquiries, and — if you opt in — to send occasional news about new collections. We don’t sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to fulfil your order: with our couriers (Nova Poshta, DHL) to deliver, and with our payment provider (Monobank) to take payment securely. These providers process your data under their own terms.
