Ukraine
We ship across Ukraine with Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker, or by courier to your door. Delivery is complimentary; the carrier fee, where it applies, is settled on collection.
Orders are dispatched within 2 – 4 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express or Nova Post. International shipping is charged at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3 – 7 working days once dispatched.
Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Made-to-order
Made-to-measure pieces are cut for you and may take longer to dispatch — we’ll confirm the timing by email.
